Freelance Work
I have been doing some more freelance work to gain more experience and to help others with their design needs.
Below is the most recent freelance pieces I have done!
Sasser Family Corporation
I was asked by one of my neighbors for help with a bring your kid to work event for her husband's office. I helped create a poster and stickers for the goodie bags she was giving to the kids. Her goal was to teach the kids a work ethic and she did that through working at a movie theater. I design a poster for the event to welcome the kids in. I went with a classic red and yellow movie design and added some classic movie snacks and items like the 3d glasses and the ticket stub.
Overall I'm really happy on how everything turned out!

Book Cover
Design
The theme for his book was monsters and casinos and greek gods. I went with a crabs wheel with two octopus/monster arms coming up around the wheel. I wanted the cover to be dark but more mysterious than anything. My colors are dark neutrals with pops of color to enhance the overall design.

Body Building Club Logo
This was done for a client who wanted help with a body building club logo for his university. He was the president of the club and needed help. I wanted to stick with the university colors which are navy, apple red and white. I also wanted to represent what the club was all about so I chose to create the most common pieces of equipment that is used in weightlifting in the gym. I added the first dumbbell but I wanted more a variety so I also added a set of dumbells and a kettle bell as well.
The universities mascot is a wild cat, but I felt like if put a whole wild cat face on there it would look out of place. I decided to go with the claw because it the whole lifting aspect better and shows more strength than a head.

Barbie Birthday Designs
This was done for a client who wanted her daughter to have a Barbie themed Birthday Party. Her daughter was turning 7 years old and wanted to make a barbie box for the for her and her friends to go into. She painted the box but wanted good graphics to go around the box. I designed her name in the Barbie movie font and created decals to put around the box. I wanted fun and playful designs and did things that would fit a seven year old. I went with all things girly like diamonds and butterflies. I also did some emojis, hearts and stars with bright colors so it would fit the theme. I also wanted to add a classic Barbie look with the Barbie's Head Outline and her iconic sunglasses. Overall she was pleased with the results and her daughter loved it!
